For the previous few days Virgin Nigeria had been telling people who complained that kemi and family were due to be forcably removed on one of their flights that they could not refuse to co-operate with the Home Office. Hopefully Virgin Group will follow this up by refusing to take part in ANY forced deportations. Virgin Nigeria only released that statement AFTER the flight had been cancelled, due to a judicial review into the case.
