A Kenyan nurse caring for a 14 year old mentally impaired boy in Bucks county, a Philadelphia suburb about 43 miles north of downtown Philadelphia, has been charged with raping the boy while under his care.
Fred Magondu, 36, a Kenyan national, was taken into custody yesterday in Philadelphia and was immediately arraigned on charges of child molestation. The incident happened sometime in April. Police learnt of the incident on April 30.
The 14 year old is mentally impaired, physically impaired, unable to speak and blind. The injuries were discovered after another care nurse turned the boy over to change his diaper and noticed injuries on him.

for all those who are making racial remarks not all black people are the same, it was very wrong for what he did, he should be punish but since I know him personaly I want every body to know he was an african man married to a white women from Russia, with 3 lovely half white children he loved white people so stop with the racial remarks cr@**3rs
To all those who replied I knew him too, but when DNA comes back positive and all evidence is pointing at you, hell, i say bend him over and anybody supporting him.

I know him very well and I honestly refuse to believe he could do it. Only a real sick pervert does such a thing and fred is as straight as anyone I know. There’s more to this than meets the eye. He will eventually carry his own cross but for now give him a benefit of doubt.
Well, he may very well be guilty, and he may be innocent. If he did this, then it is horrific.
But, I’d also like to know how many of the rapes perpetrated against girls and women in Kenya get such big picturesque articles. I’ve never come across rape stories out of Kenya, and with that I’m suspicious about this one..

1) It did not happen at all……it is a set-up
2) Something inappropriate happened………..but……it was not between him and the boy……….maybe him and a female co-worker?

this same nurse (fred) had a similar incident at a nursing home where he was caught with a resident by a cna that never came to light, i hope that after this it does, he’s a sick bastard and should remain in prison.
benefit of doubt my ass, you wouldn’t be saying that if it were your son, but lets just say he was sleeping with a coworker and not the boy, the fact that he did it on the boys sheets and in his room is still sick enough, if i ever found out the caretaker of my child fornicated on some sheets in my house, I’ll bring them over to you to wash them.

I am so glad that lady t brought up that incident that happen, I want lady t 2 know I was never defending him I was defendin black people 4 da racial remarks that they made on a different site, but oh my god u r so right I remember when a cna caught him with his pants down on 2north & da nursing home didn’t bother with it cuz they didn’t want 2 stress out his pregnant wife, now everybody involve in dat case so b in trouble
i think he worked at a nursing home with fred what place and heard rumor about him being caught where he worked before. what home was that does anyone know?
yea I know da exact nursing home I’m not sure if its allow 2 b said I just know 1 thing it wasn’t a rumor the cna knows what she saw
Let,s wait and see the evidence against him,The gravity of the situation is graphic.and not a natural act of an African man,Let the law take its course,The law will eventually prevail.
