A little more than one year after Kenya Airways flight 507 crashed into a mangrove swamp near Douala the capital of Cameroun just minutes after it took off from Douala International airport, there are signs that a PR nightmare might be developing for the airline if management does not step up to address the impatience that is building with the investigation and compensation issues.
Four families in the UK have already moved ahead and filed proceedings against the airline and it is possible that more could follow. The common complaint is that the investigation is dragging on too long and unnecessarily delaying compensation to affected families.
