Makau Mutua named dean of University of Buffalo Law School

Human Rights law expert and Law professor, Makau W. Mutua, has been named the new dean of the University of Buffalo Law School in New York.
Dr Makau is a SUNY Distinguished Professor and Floyd H. and Hilda L. Hurst Faculty Scholar and has served as interim dean of the school since December 2007.
