Joseph Njonge, the 24 year old Kenyan accused of murdering a 75 year old grandmother in Federal Way, WA, and stuffing her body in the trunk of her Mercedes Benz, is due back in court today and is expected to formally plead that he is not guilty of the murder.
King County prosecutors last week formally charged him with first degree murder of Jane Britt.
