  1. The family worried about their children they should be rest assured they are safe at least they are not in rift valley or Kisumu and worse of if they are Kikuyus in these area then for sure there is a reason to worry otherwise in Nairobi if not the slams they are fine and no need to exagurate the issue by making Kenya just look more worse than it is already. Lets speak the truth after all its our country and no need to rurnish the name just for a few minutes air time coz that will fade but the impact will last and affect you too not just Kibaki and his supporters. so watch what you say have facts before opening your mouth.

Jomo Kenyatta is safe and if tourist are in the country then I dont see why a Kenyan should start saying they are risking their lives going to nairobi.. oohh please. But oohh yes if you are going to the slams and to add it on if you are a Kibaki supporter. But from your words you support Raila and thus you are the most safe Kenyans to be in Kenya than any other Kenyans.

  2. How long are we going to put the blame on one another? It is unfortunate that the people who are safe here in diaspora are shouting the loudest and arguing about who is killing who. What do you think is the most important issue at the moment? Is s it the lives of millions or the power of an individual–whether Raila or Kibaki? Were you serious when you talked about encouraging tourist to go to Kenya? How can a person who is thousands of miles away from Kenya argue that the media is exaggerating the facts? Do you think that you have the entire facts on your screen right now? Do you really believe that less that only 900 people have been killed in the last one month? I wish all those who derived joy, fun, jokes, cheers out of the present state of affairs in Kenya were there in the ground shouting for help and asking those in diaspora to do something.

Nothing will come out of all that we are writing here unless we come up with one objective, putting aside our differences and finding a solution as people who have not only put tribalism and racism aside but as people who know history and who can take a chance to use their minds reasonably…
